Meet Ashley

Ashley received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University in 2011 following a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee. Her career started as the physical therapist for the touring Broadway production of Billy Elliot the Musical.

She then spent 4 years in New York City providing treatment for numerous Broadway shows and performers including The Lion King, Wicked, and West Side Story.

Ashley transitioned into the world of music performers, touring as the PT for Duran Duran and personal therapist for Shania Twain on their respective world tours.

Now residing in Nashville, Ashley’s passion is helping individuals feel their best, and maximize their mental and physical potential.

Ashley is committed to providing this care in a way to minimize life's interruptions.
